AI Interaction Data

Conversations with our AI party assistants are stored within your Space to personalize responses and maintain context for your planning discussions.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by RevenueCat. We never see or store your credit card numbers or payment details. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status and purchase history.

Device and Usage Data

  • Basic analytics (app opens, feature usage)
  • Device type and operating system version
  • Crash reports and performance data

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide core functionality (messaging, planning, photo sharing)
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Power AI assistant responses within your Space
  • Send transactional notifications (invites, updates)
  • Improve the app through aggregated analytics

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our app:

  • Firebase (Google) - Authentication, database, file storage, and hosting
  • RevenueCat - Subscription management and payment processing
  • AI Provider - Processes conversations with party assistants (no personal data shared beyond conversation context)

What We Do NOT Do

  • Sell your personal data to third parties
  • Share your data with advertisers
  • Use your photos or messages to train AI models
  • Access your content except for technical support when you request it

Data Retention

  • Account data is kept while your account is active
  • Space data is kept until the Space is deleted by its creator
  • You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time

Your Rights and Controls

You have the right to:

  • Update your profile information at any time in the app
  • Leave any Space you're a member of
  • Delete photos you've uploaded
  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Request deletion of your account

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know - You can request information about what personal data we collect about you
  • Right to Delete - You can request deletion of your personal information
  • Right to Opt-Out - You can opt out of the sale of personal information (note: we do not sell your personal information)
  • Right to Non-Discrimination - We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

Age Restrictions

One Last Bash is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
