Terms of Service

Welcome to One Last Bash. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and related services. By using One Last Bash, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use One Last Bash
  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You may only maintain one account per person

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Space Membership

Spaces are shared planning environments for groups. The following rules apply:

  • Space creators control membership and may remove members at their discretion
  • Admins can manage content and members within their Space
  • Members must follow any rules set by the Space creator or admins
  • Content shared in a Space is visible to all Space members

Subscriptions and Payments

  • A free tier is available with limits (up to 20 members, 1GB photo storage)
  • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and processed through RevenueCat
  • Any Space member can upgrade a Space to Premium
  • Only the member who purchased the subscription can manage or cancel it
  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of your payment provider
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, plans, etc.)
  • You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit your content to other Space members
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload
  • You may delete your own content at any time

Prohibited Content and Behavior

You may not use One Last Bash to:

  • Engage in or promote illegal activity
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Post hate speech or content that promotes discrimination
  • Share sexually explicit content involving minors
  • Spam or engage in commercial solicitation
  • Impersonate other individuals or entities
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

AI Party Assistant

  • AI responses are provided for entertainment and general suggestions only
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations
  • Do not rely on the AI assistant for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
  • AI interactions are stored within your Space to provide context for future conversations

Enforcement

  • We may remove content that violates these Terms
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Space creators and admins are primarily responsible for moderation within their Spaces
  • We may report illegal activity to law enforcement

Service Availability

  • We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI suggestions or recommendations
  • We are not responsible for user-generated content
  • We are not liable for party outcomes, travel arrangements, or group conflicts
  • We do not endorse any venues, activities, or services suggested by users or AI

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE LAST BASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia
  • We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally
  • Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Virginia
  • You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through the app
  • We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Sections regarding liability, disclaimers, and disputes survive termination

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify you through the app. Your continued use of One Last Bash after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
